Connect SiteHelm PRO to Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, and ask it to do the office work in plain English: price a take-off from your rates, draft the quote, write the letter, find what the diary said. It works from your own jobs and your own figures, on your own computer.

How it works

In SiteHelm PRO: Home, then Claude, then tick "Let Claude use SiteHelm".
In the Claude desktop app: add the SiteHelm extension (one double-click), or the plugin in Cowork or Claude Code.
Ask: type what you want, the way you'd ask someone in the office. Claude reads what it needs from SiteHelm, does the work there, and tells you what it did.

It takes about two minutes. You need SiteHelm PRO for Windows, the Claude desktop app and your own Claude account. It works on any Claude plan, including the free one; for everyday use, Claude PRO gives you much more room. Claude is paid for separately, to Anthropic.

Built to be careful with your work

Quantities are never guessed. They only ever come from what you measured on the drawings. Claude can't draw measurements, and an item that hasn't been measured stays at 0.
You say yes first. Before Claude deletes or overwrites anything, it shows you exactly what would change and waits for your yes.
Undo. SiteHelm keeps a copy before every change. "Undo Claude's last change" puts it back.
Your data stays on your computer. The plugin only talks to SiteHelm on your own PC, with a secret key kept in your user profile. Web pages and other computers can't reach it.
Some things are out of reach. Shared registers, such as an invoice register or RFI tracker kept with your team, can't be reached at all. Bank details are never read.
Off when you want. Untick "Let Claude use SiteHelm" and Claude can't see SiteHelm at all. You never need Claude to use SiteHelm.

Questions

What does Claude see?

Only what you ask about. What Claude reads from SiteHelm is sent to Claude to answer you, under your own Claude account, like anything else you type into Claude. It doesn't go through SiteHelm, and SiteHelm has no cloud copy of your jobs.

Do I need Claude to use SiteHelm?

No. Everything in SiteHelm works without it. Claude is there if you'd rather ask than click.

Can Claude send emails for me?

No. It can draft the quote or the letter, but you send it, from SiteHelm's Share button.
